Giulia at the Airport

At Milano Malpensa airport a young lady called Giulia is approaching gate A23 to take a flight to Barcelona. She is wearing black trousers, a vintage t-shirt and a pair of fancy sunglasses. Giulia is blind and she is walking side by side with her guide dog, Argo.
When her turn to board finally arrives, she interacts with Sarah, one of the crew members.
Sarah notices the guide dog but she’s not sure how to manage the situation. She wasn’t informed about people with specific requirements on this flight, so she doesn’t know if there are spaces available on the plane for the animal.
